·What is the scope of the President’s power to permit the continued residence of certain people who are in the country illegally?

·What is the authority of courts to review Presidential action in the immigration area, especially when the President asserts he is acting based on the national security of the United States?

·What is the role of states, such as Washington and Virginia, in challenging the Trump administration’s immigration policies?  Is the harm to public universities and students a sufficient basis for bringing a law suit?
