Denis Mouralis，Counsel and President of the Scientific College of Centre of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP), Legal advice about the activity of the center and about arbitration proceedings, proofreading all draft awards.
2003 – 2008 Doctorate of Law, Aix-Marseille University
Prizes: Jules and Louis Jeanbernat Prize (best doctoral studies); prize of the best fundamental research in private law.
2010 - 2011 Agrégation of Private Law
His recent reseach and publications related to arbitration and economic law include “The New French Law of Contracts and Arbitration”, to be published in French and English in acollective book, Dalloz, 2017.
“Arbitrage et procédures collectives” (Arbitration and Insolvency Proceedings), to be published by Dalloz, presentation to the colloquium organized by the Centre for Economic Law in Aix-en-Provence, 2 December 2016, on Complex Insolvency Proceedings.
