Speaker's Biography: Professor Noriyuki Inoue is currently the Executive Vice President of Kobe University and a professor of its law school. His research mainly focuses on constitutional law and European law. He has previously taught at Osaka University and served as a guest researcher at School of Law, Bayreuth University. Professor Inoue is a member of the Japan Bar Examination Commission, the Diplomatic Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan and the Japan Public Law Association, as well as the Executive Director of the Japan International Human Rights Association and the Japan EU Research Association.
