On the afternoon of 21 March, the spring semester theme class meeting for 2023 international students of the School of Law was successfully held in Conference Room 515 of Wenzhi Building, with representatives of 2023 international students attending, and Ms. Niu Jing from the Internationalisation Office presiding over the class meeting.
First of all, Li Ziyue, a postgraduate student of international law, made a detailed introduction around the course study and the graduation standard of each major credit, focusing on explaining the operation process of the comprehensive service platform of postgraduates and the commonly used websites for international students.
Ms. Niu Jing introduced the key points of this semester's courses, specific requirements of dissertation, graduation requirements of international students and so on, focusing on the professional requirements of master's degree in intellectual property law, master's degree and doctoral degree in international law. At the same time, she suggested that international students should develop a proper attitude towards learning, study seriously, explore continuously, find the interest of research and communicate with their supervisors actively to improve the learning effect.
The student representatives discussed various problems and confusions they encountered during their study and life, and Ms. Niu Jing answered the students' questions and suggested that international students should improve communication and help each other.
The purpose of this class meeting is to help international students to further define the focus of their studies in the new semester, to promote communication among international students, and to lay a solid foundation for their future study and development in the School of Law.
