讲座纲要:
1. Welcome to Penn State Law. Penn State Law provides an overview of the US legal education system, and specifically, Penn State Law -- programs available for ZUEL students, top scholarships for qualified students.
2. The US Constitution and Race Under the Commerce Clause. Penn State Law Assistant Dean Stephen Barnes presents how portions of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech were realized through a unique interpretation of the Commerce Clause under the US Constitution. He Will also give an overview of Penn State Law programs bailable to ZUEL students -- with top scholarships qualified candidates.
