主讲人简介：

  Andrew Johnston，英国谢菲尔德大学法学院教授，法学博士，谢菲尔德大学企业与商法研究中心主任，谢菲尔德大学国际交流合作中心主任。其主要研究方向为公司法和公司治理。其已出版多部高水平学术专著，如《Great Debates in Critical Commercial and Corporate Law》 (Routledge, 2019）；《EC Regulation of Corporate Governance》（Cambridge University Press，2009）等。此外，其还发表数篇高水平学术论文，例如：（1）‘The separation of directors and managers: A historical examination of the status of managers’ (2019) 25(2) Journal of Management History  141-164；（2）‘From Balanced Enterprise to Hostile Takeover: How the Law Forgot about Management’ (2019) 39(1) Legal Studies 75-97（SSCI、Q3）；（3）‘The Shrinking Scope of CSR in UK Corporate Law’ (2017) 74 Washington and Lee Law Review 1001 (rated 3* in University of Sheffield internal REF reading process)等。
